The Service may send your prompts and context to third‑party AI model providers (which may change over time) with provider logging disabled where supported. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for informational purposes only; they are not professional advice (e.g., medical, legal, financial). You are solely responsible for evaluating and using outputs appropriately. We do not use your content to train our own models and instruct providers not to use your content for training.

Subscriptions (if offered) are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are permitted and may be granted at our reasonable discretion or as required by law. Any credits or proration, where offered, are described at the time of purchase.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

Opine Technologies Inc. and its licensors own all rights in the Service and associated content (excluding your content), including software, interfaces, graphics, and trademarks. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no license or ownership interest is transferred.

Certain features may be offered as beta or experimental and may change, suspend, or terminate at any time. We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time; your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or present a risk to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms cease, but sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

The Service and all outputs are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, accuracy, or availability. Opine Technologies Inc. does not warrant that outputs will be correct, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opine Technologies Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts you paid to Opine Technologies Inc. for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) CAD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.

You may request deletion of your account and associated content as described in the Privacy Policy. Export functionality may be introduced in the future and is not guaranteed at this time.

The Service interoperates with third‑party services (e.g., Stripe, Google, Apple, AI model providers). Your use of such services is subject to their terms and policies. Opine Technologies Inc. is not responsible for third‑party services.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Opine Technologies Inc. regarding the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements on the subject matter. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
